Step One:

1.In a large bowl, add the maple syrup, olive oil, spices and salt, whisk to combine.

2. Add cashews to curry mixture and toss to combine.

3. Spread cashews on baking sheet. Roast in oven until cashews are golden brown, stirring halfway through.
