Hello Allison. Yes, you can freeze extra jam. Make sure to cool the jam to room temperature before transferring it to a food storage bag and storing it in the freezer. You can also pour the jam in a glass jar, but to make sure to leave about an inch of space at the top of the jar because the jam will expand once in the freezer. Thaw the jam in the refrigerator and use it within three weeks.

Would you be willing to share what kind of camera/lens you use and if you use artificial lighting, what's your set up? Sorry if this is too much to ask! I just use natural light when I can but would like to learn what kind of artificial light is best. Thanks again!!! Great photos!

Hi! I’m about to make the chocolate celebration cake for our anniversary this weekend. Question, what is icing sugar? Can I use 3 cups of confectioners sugar or should I purchase 3 cups of already made buttercream frosting? Thank you!

Hi Jenny, sorry for taking this long to get back to you. I use an Olympus Pen Mini with a 30mm 1:2.8 lens, it's very basic equipment. I use a tripod for most of my photos. So far I have only used natural lighting. I also use reflectors to bounce some of my light. Hope that helps!
